Damage Claims: If the package and its
contents appear damaged upon arrival, take pictures of the damages.
Send the picture to us by E-Mail or Mail with your E-Mail address.
We will advised you of the status of your claim.
Exchange and Returns: If the
merchandise you purchased from CarlsRockets.com was not to
your complete satisfaction, we ask that you return the
merchandise within 10 days. Your purchase price, exclusive of
the delivery charges and any credit card fees will be refunded
or if you prefer, full merchandise credit towards future
purchases will be issued. Shipping costs are refunded only if
the return is a result of our error. Refunds are issued in the
same form in which they were originally paid. Please send an
e-mail to returns@carlsrockets.com . Instructions for
returning, and a return address will be given to you via
email. Customer privacy and satisfaction is our number one
concern. You may be assured of receiving high quality items
and speedy response to any concern raised.
